Our Story
Reel Medics was founded in 2022 by CEO Kevin Alexander, a Paramedic with over 11 years of experience in emergency medical services, and Co-Founder Aaron Caza, an EMT with 13 years of experience. They saw a critical need in the Central New York area for dedicated on-site medical teams at events.
Our mission is simple: to provide fast, professional, and compassionate medical care wherever crowds gather, so that event organizers can concentrate on delivering great experiences while we handle the unexpected.
